Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into small cubes

  • 300 g penne pasta

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil. Add chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden.

  4. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  5. Pour in Alfredo sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.

  6. Mix in cooked pasta and half the cheese.

  7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.

  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
