Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Bake

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
300 g penne pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil. Add chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden.
Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in Alfredo sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix in cooked pasta and half the cheese.
Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
