Cheesy Ground Beef and Potatoes

Short Description: A comforting casserole with layers of seasoned ground beef, thinly sliced potatoes, and melted cheddar cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 3 cups thinly sliced, peeled potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

  3. In a baking dish, layer sliced potatoes, ground beef, melted butter, and salt.

  4. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

  5. Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake 15 more minutes until melted and bubbly.
