Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 400 g fettuccine or tagliatelle

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced

  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 250 ml heavy cream

  • 100-120 g Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.

  2. Season chicken; in pan, cook until golden & cooked through; set aside.

  3. In same pan, melt butter; add garlic; cook ~1 minute.

  4. Add heavy cream; simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan until sauce is smooth.

  5. Return chicken to sauce; toss with pasta.

  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
