Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients (4 servings)
400 g fettuccine or tagliatelle
2 chicken breasts, sliced
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
250 ml heavy cream
100-120 g Parmesan cheese, grated
Parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
Season chicken; in pan, cook until golden & cooked through; set aside.
In same pan, melt butter; add garlic; cook ~1 minute.
Add heavy cream; simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan until sauce is smooth.
Return chicken to sauce; toss with pasta.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
