Chicken Lettuce Wraps

🥬 Ingredients (2–3 wraps)

  • 7 oz (200 g) chicken breast

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 carrot (grated)

  • ½ cucumber (sliced)

  • 1 avocado (sliced)

  • Lettuce leaves (iceberg or romaine)

  • Optional: light yogurt dip

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with lemon, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper for 20 min.

  2. Grill or pan-fry chicken 4–5 min per side, then slice.

  3. Lay lettuce leaves, fill with chicken, carrot, cucumber, and avocado.

  4. Wrap and serve with dip.

💡 Swap chicken for tofu or shrimp for variation.
