Chicken Lettuce Wraps
๐ฅฌ Ingredients (2โ3 wraps)
7 oz (200 g) chicken breast
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove (minced)
Salt & pepper
1 carrot (grated)
ยฝ cucumber (sliced)
1 avocado (sliced)
Lettuce leaves (iceberg or romaine)
Optional: light yogurt dip
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
Marinate chicken with lemon, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper for 20 min.
Grill or pan-fry chicken 4โ5 min per side, then slice.
Lay lettuce leaves, fill with chicken, carrot, cucumber, and avocado.
Wrap and serve with dip.
