Chicken Stir-Fry with Vegetables
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp sesame or olive oil
How to Make:
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add chicken, let marinate 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok or large pan, cook chicken until golden brown.
Add all vegetables and stir-fry 3–5 minutes.
Toss well and serve with rice or noodles for a balanced meal.
