Chicken Stir-Fry with Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 carrot, julienned

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 tbsp sesame or olive oil

How to Make:

  1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add chicken, let marinate 10 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a wok or large pan, cook chicken until golden brown.

  3. Add all vegetables and stir-fry 3–5 minutes.

  4. Toss well and serve with rice or noodles for a balanced meal.
