100 g vegan pepperoni slices
100 g vegan salami slices
100 g vegan gouda-style cheese
100 g soft vegan spreadable cheese
1 baguette, sliced
8–10 assorted crackers
½ cup gherkins or pickles
½ cup marinated mushrooms or garlic
1 small bunch grapes
½ cup dried apricots
¼ cup cashews
Instructions:
Arrange vegan meats and cheeses on board.
Add bowls of pickled items.
Place bread and crackers.
Scatter fruits and nuts.
