Ingredients:

  • 100 g vegan pepperoni slices

  • 100 g vegan salami slices

  • 100 g vegan gouda-style cheese

  • 100 g soft vegan spreadable cheese

  • 1 baguette, sliced

  • 8–10 assorted crackers

  • ½ cup gherkins or pickles

  • ½ cup marinated mushrooms or garlic

  • 1 small bunch grapes

  • ½ cup dried apricots

  • ¼ cup cashews

Instructions:

  1. Arrange vegan meats and cheeses on board.

  2. Add bowls of pickled items.

  3. Place bread and crackers.

  4. Scatter fruits and nuts.
