Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
200 g spaghetti
250 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ lemon, juiced
Salt and black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped
Grated parmesan (optional)
How to Make:
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, cook 2–3 minutes each side until pink.
Add lemon juice and a splash of pasta water, toss in the pasta.
Stir well, top with parsley and parmesan. Serve hot and buttery.
