Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 g spaghetti

  • 250 g shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ lemon, juiced

  • Salt and black pepper

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Grated parmesan (optional)

How to Make:

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.

  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.

  3. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, cook 2–3 minutes each side until pink.

  4. Add lemon juice and a splash of pasta water, toss in the pasta.

  5. Stir well, top with parsley and parmesan. Serve hot and buttery.
