Mac & Beef Cheesy Skillet
Ingredients (4 servings)
300 g macaroni
300 g ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes + juice
200 ml beef broth
100-150 g cheddar or cheese mix, grated
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook macaroni until just before al dente; drain & set aside.
In skillet, brown ground beef with onion & garlic; season with paprika.
Add diced tomatoes + beef broth; simmer ~5 min.
Stir in pasta + half the cheese; mix well.
Top with remaining cheese; cover until melted.
Garnish & serve hot.
