Mac & Beef Cheesy Skillet

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 300 g macaroni

  • 300 g ground beef

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes + juice

  • 200 ml beef broth

  • 100-150 g cheddar or cheese mix, grated

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni until just before al dente; drain & set aside.

  2. In skillet, brown ground beef with onion & garlic; season with paprika.

  3. Add diced tomatoes + beef broth; simmer ~5 min.

  4. Stir in pasta + half the cheese; mix well.

  5. Top with remaining cheese; cover until melted.

  6. Garnish & serve hot.
