Mediterranean Vegan Charcuterie Board

Colorful board with hummus, olives, vegan cheeses, fresh fruit, and pita.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup classic hummus

  • ½ cup roasted red pepper hummus

  • 100 g soft vegan cheese

  • 100 g vegan cheddar-style cheese

  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts

  • ½ cup Kalamata olives

  • ½ cup green olives

  • 1 small bunch grapes

  • 5–6 fresh figs, halved

  • ¼ cup almonds or walnuts

  • 1 small pita bread, sliced

  • Assorted crackers

  • Fresh parsley or rosemary for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place dips in small bowls on board.

  2. Slice cheeses and arrange.

  3. Add artichokes, olives, fruits, nuts.

  4. Arrange bread and crackers.

  5. Garnish with herbs.
