Mediterranean Vegan Charcuterie Board
Colorful board with hummus, olives, vegan cheeses, fresh fruit, and pita.
Ingredients:
1 cup classic hummus
½ cup roasted red pepper hummus
100 g soft vegan cheese
100 g vegan cheddar-style cheese
1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
½ cup Kalamata olives
½ cup green olives
1 small bunch grapes
5–6 fresh figs, halved
¼ cup almonds or walnuts
1 small pita bread, sliced
Assorted crackers
Fresh parsley or rosemary for garnish
Instructions:
Place dips in small bowls on board.
Slice cheeses and arrange.
Add artichokes, olives, fruits, nuts.
Arrange bread and crackers.
Garnish with herbs.
