Mozzarella Sticks

INGREDIENTS:

10 OZ Block Mozzarella

¼ Cup Psyllium Husk

½ Cup Hemp Seeds

¼ Cup Almond Flour

2 Eggs

Coconut Oil for frying

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cut the block of mozzarella into 12 sticks.

2. In a bowl beat 2 eggs. In another, add psyllium, hemp seeds and almond flour.

3. Coat the sticks in the egg, then the dry mixture. Freeze until solid (about 40

minutes). Repeat and freeze again.

4. Heat 1/4 cup of coconut oil and fry the sticks until crisp and browned.

5. Drain and serve with low-carb ketchup.
