Oatmeal with Berries
๐ฅฃ Ingredients (1 serving)
ยฝ cup rolled oats
1 cup plant milk (almond, oat, or soy)
1 tsp chia seeds
ยฝ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp honey or agave syrup
A pinch of cinnamon
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
Cook oats with milk and chia seeds over medium heat for 5โ7 minutes.
Stir in berries, cinnamon, and honey.
Serve warm.
