Oatmeal with Berries

🥣 Ingredients (1 serving)

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup plant milk (almond, oat, or soy)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup

  • A pinch of cinnamon

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook oats with milk and chia seeds over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.

  2. Stir in berries, cinnamon, and honey.

  3. Serve warm.
