Oatmeal with Berries
🥣 Ingredients (1 serving)
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup plant milk (almond, oat, or soy)
1 tsp chia seeds
½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp honey or agave syrup
A pinch of cinnamon
👩🍳 Instructions
Cook oats with milk and chia seeds over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.
Stir in berries, cinnamon, and honey.
Serve warm.
💡 Add nuts or make overnight oats for a quick breakfast.
