Steamed Salmon with Veggies
๐ Ingredients (2 servings)
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 zucchini
1 small broccoli head
2 carrots
Juice of ยฝ lemon
1 tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove (minced)
Salt, pepper, and herbs (dill, parsley, or cilantro)
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
Marinate salmon with lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper for 15 min.
Steam or grill vegetables until tender.
Grill salmon (5โ6 minutes each side) or steam for 10โ12 minutes.
Serve with herbs on top.
๐ก Pair with quinoa or brown rice for a balanced plate.
