Steamed Salmon with Veggies

🐟 Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

  • 1 zucchini

  • 1 small broccoli head

  • 2 carrots

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

  • Salt, pepper, and herbs (dill, parsley, or cilantro)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Marinate salmon with lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper for 15 min.

  2. Steam or grill vegetables until tender.

  3. Grill salmon (5–6 minutes each side) or steam for 10–12 minutes.

  4. Serve with herbs on top.

💡 Pair with quinoa or brown rice for a balanced plate.
