Stuffed Mushrooms with Beef & Cheese – Easy Appetizer Idea

Savory mushrooms filled with beef, breadcrumbs, and cheese are an irresistible appetizer

Ingredients:

• 12 large mushrooms

• 1/2 lb ground beef

• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

• 1/2 cup shredded cheese

• 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

1. Remove stems from mushrooms.

2. Cook beef until browned; mix with cheese and breadcrumbs.

3. Stuff each mushroom cap with mixture.

4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until golden.
