Tender bell peppers filled with savory beef, rice, and cheese make a delicious, healthy dinner.
Ingredients:
4 bell peppers
1 lb ground beef
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
Brown beef, mix with rice, tomato sauce, and garlic powder.
Stuff peppers, top with cheese.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes.
