Tender bell peppers filled with savory beef, rice, and cheese make a delicious, healthy dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 4 bell peppers

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.

  2. Brown beef, mix with rice, tomato sauce, and garlic powder.

  3. Stuff peppers, top with cheese.

  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes.
