Sweet Potato & Black Bean Patties
🍔 Ingredients (makes 8 patties)
1 medium sweet potato (cooked & mashed)
1 cup black beans (cooked)
1 small onion (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp whole-grain or chickpea flour
Salt & pepper
Olive oil for cooking

Mash sweet potato and black beans together.
Add onion, garlic, spices, and flour.
Form small patties.
Pan-fry 3–4 min per side until golden (or bake at 400°F for 20 min).
Serve with salad or light yogurt sauce.
